[ Our approach ]

Great architecture isn’t just abouttalent and experience, but collaborations and relationships.

We developed a digital twin from a point cloud scan of a Ralph Lauren retail location in Kansas. The goal was to create a reliable Revit model that would support both documentation and furniture planning for future store rollouts.
We developed a reliable Revit model from a point cloud scan — ready for future store rollouts.

OVERVIEW OF OUR 6-STAGE PROCESS
Step 1.
Requirements & Scope
  1. Point cloud,
  2. Your specs:
    • Level of Develompent,
    • AEC Disciples needed,
    • Specific elements to model (built-in furniture, sanitaries, lightning).
    • General scope of the project.
Step 2
Budget Estimation & Action Plan
  1. Budget:,
    • Hourly rate + estimated hours
    • Software: Revit + ReCap/Navisworks.
    • Modelling Phases: Structural → Architectural → MEP.
  2. BEP (BIM Execution Plan):
    • Manpower for your project,
    • Modelling Phases: Structural → Architectural → MEP,
    • Model progress shared at 25%/50%/75% progress.
Step 3.
Modeling
  1. Setup: Align point cloud to project coordinates,
  2. Core Modeling:
    • Basic Architectural part,
    • Custom Families if needed,
    • Other AEC disciplines if needed.
  3. Progress Shares:
    • Optional Autodesk Viewer links (e.g., at 50% completion).
  4. Hourly Tracking:
    • Logged per task (e.g., "Wall modelling: 16 hrs").
Step 4.
QA/QC
  1. Checking and revising the project at 25%, 50% 75% and final delivery stage of the model.
  2. Revised if you found some errors and you need some additions.
Step 5.
Sending
  1. Model (Revit/IFC) for review.
  2. Autodesk Viewer,
  3. Techical Drawing if needed.
  1. Minor tweaks: Included.
  2. Major changes: Quoted separately
Step 6.
Finish Touches & Delivery
  1. Sending the deliverables
  2. Waiting for the next projects from you.
