RALPH LAUREN RETAIL STORE — KANSAS CITY

We created a Digital Twin from a Point Cloud LiDAR scan of a Ralph Lauren retail store in Kansas City, delivering a reliable Revit model to support documentation and furniture planning for future rollouts.

The model covered architecture, structure, and MEP systems, and included custom parametric families, all developed at a medium level of detail to balance accuracy and performance.

Custom Parametric Casework Families

We modeled the store’s modular casework in Revit as a set of parametric families, adjustable for shelves, mirrors, panels, and overall dimensions. The goal was to capture the existing layout and create versatile, reusable BIM elements that could easily adapt to different store types and future projects.

Technical Drawings

We also made technical drawings as elevations to showcase how the casework is placed in the store. This helped to understand the layout better and coordinate with the rest of the design.
